For 40 years, ICDC has been a catalyst for revitalization in South Dallas—working alongside residents to build stronger neighborhoods, create opportunity, and help families put down roots.

We’ve built more than 300 homes and connected families to attainable, sustainable homeownership. We’ve supported local entrepreneurs as they start and grow businesses. And we’ve helped champion neighborhood improvements—from better lighting and sidewalks to investments that make South Dallas safer, stronger, and more connected.

Our work has always been about more than buildings. It’s about people, possibility, and ensuring that longtime residents can share in the future of the community they call home.

Mission

The mission of South Dallas/Fair Park Innercity Community Development Corporation (ICDC) is to create a vibrant, stable, and safe South Dallas Fair Park community by building partnerships that provide homeownership, economic development, and community education.

Needs

ICDC’s needs extend across the full scope of our work in South Dallas/Fair Park.

Your support helps us strengthen neighborhoods, expand affordable housing opportunities, support small businesses, and provide practical assistance to families working to secure and maintain stable housing. Every gift helps ICDC continue the day-to-day work of community development: meeting with residents, connecting families to resources, building partnerships, supporting local entrepreneurs, advancing affordable housing projects, and protecting the assets families have worked hard to build.
