"Rescuing Love since 2015"
In our 9th year of operation, we have rescued over 400 dogs since we started.
We are a small but diligent and dedicated rescue and continue to grow with the support of the public, our volunteers, our Board of Directors, and our foster families.
Our Needs
I Am Dog Rescue operates without a facility, relying solely on our incredible foster families to care for our rescued pups. We need funds for expenses such as emergency medical care, regular veterinary care of our foster pups, veterinary services for new intakes, and monthly preventatives.
We are an all-volunteer organization, and donations go toward helping our rescue dogs. Some of the day-to-day items used for our foster dogs include crates, toys, blankets, leashes, collars, food, flea/heartworm prevention, antibiotics, allergy medications, and other medical supplies. Other expenses include boarding, training, grooming, supplements, calming solutions, and more.
We are in need of monthly sponsors for heartworm and/or flea/tick prevention for each of our dogs.
Our monthly overhead expenses include storage for all of our event materials, foster supplies, donations, and fundraising materials. We also use a non-profit accounting and donor management software.
