Since 2005, we have aimed to make quality, affordable healthcare accessible for those in our community who need it most. $2,500 Provide access for the uninsured for screening and diagnostic imaging ( i.e., mammogram, bone density, sonograms, and x-rays)
$5,000 Allows HHM Health to provide outreach services in Dallas and surrounding counties in underserved neighborhoods
