Greater Texoma Health Clinic

A nonprofit organization

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 health clinic that provides healthcare to the uninsured, underinsured and underserved. We do not receive any state or federal grant funding and operate on local grants, donations, fundraisers and nominal patient fees.
Greater Texoma Health Clinic (GTHC), governed by a Board of Directors, was organized in November 2002 to provide primary medical care for uninsured, underinsured and low income residents. Services are available on a full-time basis to all ages. Dedicated volunteers and paid staff enable us to fulfill our Mission: To provide comprehensive health and wellness services to residents of the Texoma community, regardless of their ability to pay. Greater Texoma Health Clinic is not a free clinic, however, patients whose annual income is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level are invited to apply for the sliding fee scale. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare. Patients with commercial insurance that present with excessively high deductibles or are unable to find a local provider are considered underserved and are encouraged to apply for our sliding fee scale. Currently, we offer the following services: Primary care for adults and pediatrics, disease management, Hep-C testing and treatment, women's health, dermatology, patient education, prescription assistance and integrated behavioral/mental healthcare. In 2018, we provided services through 11,032 patient visits.
