Our number of foster families soared last year and we continue to take in more kittens and cats in need. We also assist with rehoming as a result of marital changes, deaths in the family leaving animals without homes, etc. With that, our medical, food and litter needs soared as well. Our adoption fees do not cover the cost of caring for kittens while they are with us. All food, medical and litter expenses are donation dependent. We adopted out over 430 kittens and cats in 2024 and are tracking to do as many in 2025. Our rescue has had an enucleation, 2 leg amputations this year and have more scheduled.  Our fundraisers haven't met goal so our medical fund is still depleted.

Our Needs

Medical and medicine funds need to be replenished so we can do our share and pull kittens out of shelters who are at risk of euthanasia or those who are found with extensive injuries. We want to do our part. We also would like to build a food and litter fund and basic care needs (flea and tick treatments, dewormer, scales to weigh neonatal kittens, puppies pads, toys, etc). That is a staple, and with the number of kittens we have taken in and adopted out (over 116 so far in 2025), we go through a lot of it!  We have over 100 kittens and cats waiting to find their furever homes.

Mission

Rescue and find homes for stray animals or those in over crowded shelters, reunite lost and found pets with their owners, and rehome pets upon request to reduce overcrowding in shelters. Educate the public on the needs of rescues, shelters and animals in need.
