Mission

The Friendship Circle enriches the lives of participants of all abilities by fostering meaningful connections, creating lasting friendships, and promoting inclusion, strengthening both the Jewish and Greater Dallas communities.

Needs

Friendship Circle of Dallas is seeking support to expand our unique and impactful programs, which last year hosted 25+ events and served over 300 participants of all ages, including 100 first-time participants. These programs ensure that people with and without disabilities can experience belonging and the transformative impact of inclusion.

The organization is committed to providing safe spaces for individuals of all abilities to engage with one another, with freedom from discrimination, harassment or judgement. Friendship Circle of Dallas recognizes a lack of social activities that exist for intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals, in particular, and is committed to providing a positive, enjoyable environment conducive to their needs.
