Faith Fitness Ministry has been serving the Catholic young adult community in Dallas for
over five years. Some of our accomplishments are that we have had a large number of young adults
that come to our events. For instance, we have had over a hundred attendees for a couple of our
events and we get new people and regulars at the events. The ministry mission has spread beyond
Dallas county and attendees travel all the way from McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Plano, Garland,
Wylie, Grapevine, Grandbury, etc. Bishop Edward Burns is a big supporter of the Faith Fitness
Ministry. In addition, we foster the wellbeing of our community and twice a year we have sports activities such as a sports tournament and
5K's! These events have been great turnouts and help us build up our community.
Our Needs
Faith Fitness Ministry hosts monthly events and in order to continue providing such events free of cost for our young adults, we need your support so we can provide a venue, guest speakers, complimentary appetizers and a drink.
Plus, we are working on a special project in which Faith Fitness Ministry would like to provide some type of counseling scholarships for our young adults so they may be healthier and be able to have joy in their lives and be able to succeed in their careers.

Mission
Faith Fitness is a young adult ministry that focuses on the evangelization of our culture with the goal to bring Jesus' message and teachings to the young adult community.
This ministry's goal is to provide young adults with faith-knowledge to be able to know their faith much deeper and therefore live their faith with full conviction. Faith Fitness consists of a monthly talk regarding any topic of relevance. In addition, young adults are given the opportunity to come together to learn and have some great conversations about their faith and Christian values. Furthermore, Faith Fitness ministry is hosted at a different brewery every month creating a unique casual atmosphere for the young adult community to have some fellowship and to meet other amazing people.
Needs
We provide spiritual nourishment and fellowship to young adults in their 20's and 30's. Through the generosity of donors we are capable of doing this!

Faith Fitness Ministry is committed to include everyone as part of the whole mission. Our community of young adults is quite diverse from different cultures and backgrounds but with something in common: our core believes!
