A New Chapter:Principal Impact Collective + The Educator Collective
In August 2025, the Principal Impact Collaborative and The Educator Collective joined forces to build a stronger, more sustainable future for educational leadership. With both organizations committed to educator well-being and leadership, bringing together efforts for principals, district leaders and teachers creates greater alignment—and exponential impact—across the public school ecosystem.
Our programming is built around four targeted initiatives designed to increase educator effectiveness and retention: Leadership Development, Innovation, Well-Being and Community Building. TEC’s approach to this work is evidence-based and unique in the field.
The Educator Collective programming is designed to combat the educator attrition crisis and the results are clear: our approach works.
Employment data over the last five years indicates a high level of teacher and leader retention amongst Educator Collective members. Members directly credited Educator Collective with keeping them in the classroom or principalship. This North Texas Giving Day, we’re asking you to help grow a key part of our work: increasing teacher membership so that more teachers have access to mental, physical, and social wellness experiences and events – with the goal of sustaining in the work. Our campaign, “Thriving Educators. Stronger Schools.”, reflects our belief that educator retention—at every level—is essential to public education.
