The world needs servant leaders—those who are driven by a love for others, committed to investing in their communities, and dedicated to serving with excellence. At Dallas Baptist University, our mission is to cultivate leaders for the Kingdom by providing a distinct education with an eternal perspective.
DBU offers 86 bachelor's programs, 36 master's degrees, and 3 doctoral degrees, all within a Christ-centered environment where students are challenged and encouraged to discover their calling and make a lasting impact. Our graduates can be found shaping the world in countless ways—as doctors, teachers, entrepreneurs, counselors, government officials, parents, and compassionate neighbors—marked by hearts of service and a passion for excellence.
Student Scholarships
More than 90% of DBU students receive some form of financial aid. Scholarships play a critical role in relieving the burden of rising education costs, especially for families cautious about taking on student loans. Every dollar given helps a student pursue their education, fulfill their calling, and become the servant leaders our world needs.
Now, more than ever, DBU students need your support. Many families are facing financial challenges, making it difficult for students to access a Christ-centered education. DBU is dedicated to helping students not only enroll but thrive and complete their degrees.
As we continue to operate with financial responsibility—finishing 31 consecutive years in the black—our priority remains putting savings back into the hands of our students.
Will you help us open the doors for more students to experience the transformative education at DBU?
By giving through North Texas Giving Day, you can make an immediate impact on students’ lives. Your support provides scholarships for students, peace of mind for families, and opens the path to a future shaped by servant leadership. Together, we can help prepare the next generation of Christian servant leaders who will transform our communities and the world.
The mission of Dallas Baptist University is to provide Christ-centered quality higher education in the arts, sciences, and professional studies at both the undergraduate and graduate levels to traditional age and adult students in order to produce servant leaders who have the ability to integrate faith and learning through their respective callings.
