Community Partners of Dallas (CPD) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1989 with a mission to provide what abused children urgently need today to thrive tomorrow. As the premier partner to state-appointed child welfare caseworkers in Dallas County, CPD is the only nonprofit in Dallas County dedicated exclusively to meeting the immediate and individualized needs of children entering protective care.

For more than 37 years, CPD has worked alongside Child Protective Services (CPS) caseworkers to meet the immediate and individualized needs of children entering protective care. While the child welfare system continues to evolve, the need for consistent, reliable support has only increased. CPD serves as a stabilizing partner during change, ensuring that children and caseworkers do not lose access to critical resources during difficult transitions.

A strong start begins with someone who cares. That person can be YOU!
