Empowering North Texas Youth Through HEER + Arts

Continental Societies, Incorporated - Dallas Chapter has been transforming young lives through our comprehensive HEER + Arts framework: Health, Education, Employment, Recreation, and Arts & Humanities.

Our Impact in Action

We survey, investigate, and address the real needs of children and youth in our community through:

  • Health initiatives: Health fairs, substance abuse prevention, and asthma awareness programs
  • Educational support: African American Read-In sponsorship, tutoring, and scholarship programs
  • Career development: Job placement programs and career workshops
  • Recreation: Physical activities and programs for all students, including those with disabilities
  • Cultural enrichment: Arts and humanities programming

Scholarships That Change Lives

Our Dallas Chapter proudly offers three life-changing scholarships:

  • Four-year General Scholarship (renewable with maintained GPA)
  • Charlie Mae Warbington Technical Scholarship for specialized fields like culinary and medical assistant programs
  • Paul Quinn College Scholarship supporting local students since 2013
