OUR PURPOSE STATEMENT

Honoring God in how we serve, lead and govern.

OUR METHODOLOGIES

We empower individuals, strengthen relationships, and build trust through our signature brands, equipping others to honor God in their leadership, service, and governance.

Our approach focuses on the individual, driven by the educational and practical application of Kingdom principles. Our mission is to teach, reach, and influence those who lead and serve in various capacities.

We are not called to change America or engage in culture wars, but to love one another and, like iron sharpens iron, to help each other grow.

Our two signature brands, "Governing God's Way" and "Making It Make Sense," are the core of this mission. Governing God's Way provides the educational foundation, while Making It Make Sense offers practical guidance.

By combining education and practical application, all rooted in biblical principles, we give those involved with CIPS a distinct advantage. In a world where knowledge and wisdom are increasingly rare, these are our greatest strengths.

This isn’t about religion, slogans, or fleeting trends—it’s about living out Kingdom principles that lead to true transformation.

These transformed lives then go on to impact workplaces, communities, cities, and beyond.

We stay committed to the essentials—the educational and the practical. We plant and water, but it is God’s Word that ultimately brings transformation.

A COMMUNITY WHERE YOU'RE WELCOMED, LOVED AND ENCOURAGED. YOU BELONG HERE!

We are a Christ-centered resource and work hard to be a source of encouragement, education and a place of trust—a network of knowledgeable, culturally engaged, politically diverse people.

We believe we are not called to fight culture but in community, engage culture with love, humility and integrity. Our goal is to build, not divide and to connect by facilitating a return to civil discourse and optimism.

BUILDING COMMUNITY

  • FOR PUBLIC SERVANTS: Our initial calling and foundation. Recognizing the unique needs and challenges of public servants, we offer targeted programming, and exclusive access to the CIPS C.A.R.E. Team and to our "Connecting With The Team" page, offering a support system tailored to the unique challenges of those who serve, lead and govern.

  • NON-PUBLIC SERVANTS:  We acknowledge that life is complex. Our country is divided. More of us feel isolated, burdened, confused, and want to plug in, but where? Who can we trust anymore? Us! We are an organization that has worked hard to build our reputation for integrity and we understand that as a trusted resource, we must earn trust daily. Every social media post. Every event. Our desire to please God and love others supersede all else.

Mission

Our mission is to empower leaders to not only achieve their own potential but also to inspire and develop the next generation of leaders.
