"Equipping women with job skills and life skills in a Christ-centered environment in Greater Arlington."

Our Fall 2024 semester started August 26 - women's lives will be changed during our 11-week program.

CWJC of Greater Arlington knows the challenges women face today. That's why we've been committed since 2005 to helping women build their life skills and job skills - one student at a time, one life at a time.

CWJC offers under-resourced women the opportunity to unlock their potential and improve employment prospects through a TUITION-FREE in-person 11-week program held each Spring and Fall.

Each semester, approximately 25 women are offered the opportunity to gain needed job skills, including computer instruction, personal development classes such as conflict resolution and budgeting, and Bible study.

Since 2005, 706 women have graduated from CWJC of Greater Arlington (an 85% graduation rate, higher than CWJC's national average).

Integral to our program is the mentoring component. Each participant is paired with a mentor who meets with her during and after the 11-week program to ensure that she is encouraged and prayed for as a beloved child of God.

Your gift through North Texas Giving Day 2024 will help ensure that women in our community will be offered an important second chance for success in the job market, in their families, and in their communities. The long-term impact of our program extends to the families of our graduates – which includes hundreds of husbands and thousands of children.
