Texas A&M College of Dentistry offers instruction and training in all areas of dental education. The student pass rate is in the top quartile of dentists and dental hygienists. The College is ranked #1 in diversity of dental colleges.

Texas A&M College of Dentistry's clinics, staffed by faculty and dental students, make a major impact on dental health in Dallas County, providing dental care for seniors, adults, and children. Many of the patients are from underserved areas and do not have access to dentists and dental hygienists. The College is now reaching more patients with its Special Care Clinic for children and adults with special needs.

TAMCOD's Dr. M. C. Cooper Clinic in the Fair Park area of Dallas is named for the first registered black dentist in Texas. It opened in Spring 2021 and is having a major impact on the number of children, adult, and senior patients served, the quality of dental care received, and their dental health.
