Men and women in prison often feel hopeless, scared, lost, and alone. They need the chance to hear the Gospel and the eternal hope that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Since 1969, Bill Glass Behind the Walls has carried the life-changing message of the Gospel to men and women in prison, unlocking hope and transforming lives.
Before going into prisons, we train Christians to confidently share the Gospel and then we send them behind and beyond the walls to offer hope, connection, and faith to those who need it most.
As Christians are equipped and ignited to share their faith, the Church is further mobilized to reach and serve the "Least of These.”
On average, seeing one decision for Christ will cost Bill Glass Behind the Walls about $75. The ministry calls this $75 TO LIFE. That $75 investment represents even more than one soul saved, it also represents:
- One person evangelistically trained and sent to share the gospel Behind the Walls
- Many inmates hear the gospel, even if they don’t accept Christ that day
- Many fallen-away believers repent of their sins and come back to the Lord
- Incarcerated believers trained to share with other inmates and their families and friends
- Newly trained evangelists coming back to their communities ready to share the gospel with others
