Communities Foundation of Texas is proud to present North Texas Gives to Animals from May 14-31, 2026. Throughout the two-week fundraising event, donors can explore and give to any of 300 participating animals organizations at NorthTexasGivingDay.org. 6hanks to help from generous givers and sponsors, Communities Foundation of Texas will cover all transaction and technology fees so that 100% of all donations go directly to nonprofits. To kick off the event on Thursday, May 14, the first $100,000 in donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar by our presenting partner The Gigi Gartner Charitable Foundation Fund, along with sponsors Haroon Alvi and Nancy Cozzie Fund and Communities Foundation of Texas. Available for online gifts only, the first $100 per donor per organization will be matched.

Apollo Support & Rescue is a 501c3 private nonprofit animal welfare organization proud to be serving the people and animals of North Texas since 2012. As one of very few no-kill, open-admission, full-service animal rescues, we are dedicated to saving the abused and abandoned, reducing pet overpopulation, and educating the public. Through pet adoptions, community outreach, public education, referral and quality animal care, we provide support for over 3,500 pets and their people annually. BIG or Small we love them all.

PUT YOUR PET ON THE VAN! 

For a $1,000 donation you can sponsor a spot on our rescue transit van and have your pet featured where our mission travels - helping pets in need everyday. We will need a high resolution photo of your pet. 

For $500 you can sponsor a spot on the back of the transit van to advertise your business. We have 8 spots available, please comment in the memo advertisment sponsor and we will follow up to get your logo.

Transaction Fee Coverage Thanks to help from our generous givers and sponsors, Communities Foundation of Texas will continue to cover all transaction and technology fees through December 31, 2025. This ensures 100% of online donations made through the platform will directly support your organization.
