Beauty & Brains was founded in 2015 with a mission to impact the lives of junior high and high school aged girls at one
of the most impressionable times in their lives. Teen girls are faced with a variety of challenges and while some are
equipped with the skills to overcome, others need added support and mentoring, Beauty & Brains aims to meet that need.
The Beauty & Brains organization is made up of women with varied backgrounds and professions who all desire to impact
and mentor the young ladies in the communities where they live and work. With each encounter, our goal is to teach that
true beauty does not reside in the external, but the internal. Beauty & Brains message is focused on education, service,
respect and cultural competence being essential components to self-sufficiency and overall beauty! The principal of each
one teach one is heartfelt as we strive to uplift, support, and empower these young ladies
