The You & Me Too Foundation is a Texas-based nonprofit filling the gaps in healing for survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
Healing doesn’t happen only in a therapist’s office. Survivors may be waiting for therapy, unable to afford it, between appointments, or simply not ready to take that step. In those spaces, support can be difficult to find.
We create survivor-informed, non-clinical healing tools and resources designed to meet people wherever they are—before, during, and beyond therapy. From our Affirmation Healing Deck and reflective journals to guided practices and other accessible resources, our goal is to give survivors something meaningful they can reach for when they need it.
We are also developing The Sanctuary, currently in beta—a private digital healing space designed to make gentle support available anytime, anywhere through reflection, encouragement, grounding, journaling, and other survivor-informed tools.
Everything we create is guided by a simple belief: healing should feel accessible, personal, and possible. No one should have to wait for the perfect circumstances to begin.

How Your Support Helps
Our North Texas Giving Day goal is $5,000, with one primary purpose: to put survivor-informed healing tools and resources into the hands of survivors who need them.
Healing support should not depend on whether someone can afford therapy, is ready to begin therapy, or happens to be sitting in a therapist’s office. Your gift helps us make gentle, accessible resources available when and where survivors need them.
Where Your Gift Goes
$3,200 — Healing Deck Production & Distribution
Our largest investment will support the production and distribution of the You & Me Too Healing Deck, allowing us to provide decks at no cost to survivors in need and place them with trusted community partners who work directly with survivors.

$25 — Helps Put a Healing Deck Within Reach. Covers approximately the production cost of one Healing Deck to be provided at no cost to a survivor in need.
$1,000 — The Sanctuary
Support hosting and continued development of The Sanctuary, our private digital healing space currently in beta. As the platform grows, these funds help us continue providing accessible reflection, grounding, journaling, and encouragement beyond the therapy room.
$800 — Outreach & Community Partnerships
Help us build relationships with shelters, victim-assistance programs, therapists, advocacy organizations, and other community partners so healing resources reach the people who can benefit from them.
These resources are already moving from vision to reality. After introducing our healing tools and The Sanctuary at the 2026 Female Survivors of Violence Conference in Dallas, our next step is expanding their reach through survivors, professionals, and community partners across North Texas.
Sponsor Healing in Your Community
Businesses, organizations, and individuals can also help sponsor survivor resources for a community partner. A $250 or $500 sponsorship can help place Healing Decks with a local shelter, victim-assistance program, advocacy organization, or other trusted partner—putting survivor-informed tools directly into the hands of the people they serve.
Every gift moves us closer to our $5,000 goal—and closer to putting meaningful healing support within reach of someone who needs it.
