You & Me Too Foundation

A nonprofit organization

The You & Me Too Foundation is a Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse through accessible, trauma-informed healing tools and compassionate community support.

We serve individuals who are often navigating healing alone—without access to therapy, resources, or safe spaces to process their experiences. Through affirmation-based healing tools, guided journaling, and community-driven programs like Truth Rising, we help survivors reclaim their voices, rebuild self-worth, and move forward with strength and dignity.

To expand access beyond physical tools, we are also developing a private digital healing platform that will provide survivors with on-demand support—including affirmations, guided journaling, and grounding tools—available anytime, anywhere.

Our approach is intentionally non-clinical, inclusive, and accessible—meeting individuals wherever they are in their healing journey.

Healing is a birthright—and no one should have to do it alone.

Equity Statement

The You & Me Too Foundation is committed to equity, inclusivity, and accessibility in all that we do.

We recognize that survivors of abuse come from all backgrounds and that many face barriers to healing due to financial limitations, cultural stigma, lack of access to care, or systemic inequities.

Our mission is to ensure that healing resources are available to all—regardless of income, identity, gender, or life circumstance. We intentionally create safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed spaces that honor each individual’s unique journey.
