The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas has been a trusted partner in North Texas for 140 years. Every day, we work to strengthen our community through three areas of focus: youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
From swim lessons that teach safety and confidence, to after-school programs that keep kids learning and growing, to summer camps that spark adventure and friendship, the Y helps children and teens reach their full potential. Families find support for healthier living, and seniors stay active and connected. The Y is so much more than a place to exercise, it’s where people of all ages come together to grow stronger.
Each year, the Dallas Y serves tens of thousands of children, adults, and families across North Texas regardless of age, income, or background. With the support of donors like you, we provide financial assistance and scholarships so cost is never a barrier to these life-changing opportunities.
