STEP UP FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
At Threaded, we believe that transformed leaders shape transformed communities. As we pursue a future marked by racial unity, biblical justice, and multiethnic belonging, we invite you to Step Up for the Next Generation by investing in the people who will lead us there.
This North Texas Giving Day, we aim to raise $45,000 to fund leaders on the front lines of racial reconciliation and unity work—leaders who are reimagining the church as a place of justice, healing, and cross-cultural connection.
WHY IT MATTERS
These leaders are pastors, ministry directors, and community builders who long to see the Church reflect the fullness of God’s kingdom. When you give, you are not just supporting a program; you’re weaving change across communities and cities that can span generations.
With your help, we can reach three key milestones:
---------------------------------------------------------------
Provide church leaders with trusted resources:
Our biblically rooted curriculum and assessment tools spark understanding and guide action.
$15,000 – EQUIP & TRAIN the Leader
Fully fund a leader’s participation in our Community Weaver Leader Cohort.
It’s a 9-month formational experience that builds cultural intelligence, spiritual depth, and practical skills around peacemaking and justice. At the end of the cohort, participants are prepared to navigate diverse realities and community issues with biblical wisdom and courage.
$45,000 – EQUIP, TRAIN, & COLLABORATE with Leaders
Send a group of church leaders on our Oklahoma City/Tulsa Culture & Justice Tour, a three-day immersive experience exploring the historic and spiritual roots of racial division and reconciliation.
This trip opens the door for collaborative action as leaders return to their shared communities equipped with cultural insight and the relational connections to build bridges across churches, cultures, and communities.
WILL YOU STEP UP FOR THE NEXT GENERATION?
Together, we can equip, train, and collaborate with the leaders who will carry the work of racial healing forward.
ABOUT THREADED
Like a beautifully woven tapestry's array of colorful threads reveal the creator's artistic imagination, Threaded dreams of creating communities that display God's cross-cultural imagination. An imagination exhibited through the local ethnically diverse Body of Christ relationally weaving themselves into collaborative outworkings of their unique God-given gifts for lasting community transformation, repair of injustice, and flourishing for all peoples.
In the next 20 years America will become a minority-majority country. This change has and will continue to spark culturally motivated social eruptions, revealing historical tears and creating deeper divides in our society and the Church. If not handled quickly and well, these eruptions will cement divides and the marginalization produced by the long history of racial division.
Inspired by Christ's reconciling ministry, we aim to unleash a network of cross-cultural community weaving individuals, churches and community coalitions who foster unity amidst diversity, champion justice collaboratively, and confront injustices at their roots.
To inspire relationships, reconciliation, and collaborative action among the diverse Body of Christ
