About VN United FC
Vietnam United Football Club (VN United FC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Garland, Texas, founded in 2016. Our members include soccer players, professionals, business leaders, and community advocates from the Vietnamese and Asian American community. Our mission is to empower the Asian American community through Sports, Cultural engagement, Leadership development, and Civic and community involvement

DFW Asian American Soccer Tournament (2,000+ attendees; up to 36 teams across the U.S & Canada)
1st Responders Soccer Tournament (1,000+ attendees; police, fire, and medical teams)
DFW Asian American Golf Tournament
Free Soccer Clinics (youth ages 5–15; promoting health & wellness)

Lunar New Year Celebrations (2,000+ attendees)
DFW Food & Music Festival (Asian Night Market) (5,000+ attendees)
Asian American Heritage Festival (3,000+ attendees; supported City of Garland’s first APAH Festival)
Voter Engagement & Civic Service (Host/Co-Host):
Open candidate forums, voter registration & election drives
Provide rides to polling locations and language translation at the polls
Assist with U.S. Census outreach and public health campaigns (COVID-19 testing & vaccination)
Volunteer support at Carter BloodCare, City Hall, Dallas County Elections, etc.
Community Support
Partner with local charities such as the Garland Police Never Walk Alone Foundation and Good Samaritans of Garland to collect and distribute food, supplies, and financial support to families in need.
Empower resident voices by gathering community input and collecting signatures for city-led initiatives that drive meaningful change.
Educate voters on key bond propositions from the City of Garland and Garland ISD, helping the community make informed decisions in local elections.

1. $90,000 – DFW Asian American Soccer Tournament
Support one of the largest Asian American soccer tournaments in the U.S. and Canada. This event brings together Vietnamese and Asian communities across North America to promote cultural pride, unity, and community engagement through sports.
2. $20,000 – Annual First Responders Tournament
Help us connect police, fire, and EMS soccer teams from across North Texas in a tournament that honors their service and raises funds for local first responder charities.
3. $15,000 – DFW Food & Music Festival
Celebrate Vietnamese and Asian heritage through food, music, and community. Your support helps bring families together and preserves our cultural traditions for future generations.
4. $8,000 – Volunteer and Charity Operations
Contribute to the ongoing volunteer-driven activities and community service programs that VN United organizes year-round, including youth outreach, cultural education, and charity efforts.
5. $10,000 – DFW Asian American Golf Tournament
Promote cultural connection and leadership through our inaugural golf event, uniting professionals and community leaders in support of cultural preservation and youth engagement.
6. $10,000 – Free Youth Soccer Clinic Program
Provide free soccer training sessions for children ages 5 to 15, including after-school programs that promote physical wellness, teamwork, and a healthy environment for kids in our community.
