The Viêtnam United Football Club (VN United FC) is a non-profit organization whose membership is comprised of soccer players, professional businesses, and leaders from the Vietnamese-American community and organizations.
The VN United FC was established in 2016 in Garland, Texas. The organization strives to encourage more Vietnamese Americans to participate in civic affairs by providing, and organizing candidate forums, voter registration drives, election drives, CENSUS training, COVID-19 registration, COVID-19 vaccine, blood drive, 1st responders tournament for charity, and much more.
Services/Activities Provided by VNUFC:
1. Voter registration drive – translate and help to register new eligible voters.
2. Election drive: Provide transportation by taking voters to voting locations and provide translation at the poll.
3. Volunteer and provide translation at Carter Blood Drives, COVID-19 registration & vaccination drives, voting locations, Garland’s city hall, Dallas County Election, etc.
4. Organize largest Asian American Soccer Tournament (36 soccer teams from 14 states and one team from Canada) in Garland, Texas from 2019 to present to promote culture, health, and economic growth.
5. Organize largest 1st Responders Tournament 2023 (8 soccer teams from police, firefighters, and medical personnel) in DFW area to connect 1st responders and community together and raise money for their charities.
6. Organize DFW Food & Music Festival (aka Asian Night Market) to bring families together and preserve & promote Vietnamese/Asian culture.
7. Support the City of Garland to organize the first Asian Pacific American Heritage Festival 2023 to bring families together and show Asian culture.
8. Support local charities (Garland Police Never Walk Alone Foundation, Good Samaritans of Garland) by collecting and donating food & checks.
9. Support local city by collecting surveys and signatures for impact events for the residents.

1) The mission of Vietnam United FC is to advocate for increased Asian American participation in soccer for health and wellness, creating relationships within the football club and providing community support and comradery.
2)This organization strives to encourage more Asian Americans to participate in local, social, and civic outreach programs that help increase community awareness, improve Asian American representation, and enhance the quality of life.
Needs
1. $84,000.00 Funds for largest DFW Asian American Soccer Tournaments to connect all Vietnamese/Asian communities from 14 states in the U.S and Canada together and to preserve & promote cultures
2. $20,000.00 funds for Annual 1st Responders tournament to connect police, firefighter, and medical soccer teams together in DFW area, to appreciate their services, and to raise funds for their charities
3. $15,000.00 funds for Annual DFW Food & Music Festival to bring Vietnamese/Asian families together and preserve culture and heritage
4. $8,000.00 funds for the club's operating expenses on volunteer and charity activities yearly
