Founded in 1993, Vanguard Preparatory School is the leading private therapeutic school in the Dallas Fort Worth area dedicated to serving students with diverse social, emotional, behavioral, and learning needs. Vanguard’s unique blend of academic instruction, social-emotional learning, and therapeutic support creates an experience that helps each student reach their full potential.
We recognize that every child has unique educational and therapeutic needs. Our dedicated team of teachers, therapists, and support staff work together with our families to develop a personalized and collaborative approach for the growth and success of every student.

Mission
Vanguard Preparatory School creates an emotionally safe environment where children and young adults with social, emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties are challenged and supported to reach their full potential in school and life.
Needs
As a nonprofit, private school, tuition covers approximately 90% of the true cost of providing a well-rounded educational experience for a child. Our goal this year is to secure $200,000 (or more) in charitable gifts or grants from the community to help us fulfill the budget.
Your gifts will help provide support for:
STEM Lab:
A new specialized learning space designed to support hands-on, experiential learning in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The lab is equipped with modern tools and technology that allow students to explore real-world applications of science and math through engaging projects and experiments. Your gift will support new equipment, supplies, and materials.
Performing Arts Program:
A new dynamic and immersive experience designed to cultivate student creativity, confidence, and collaboration through the exploration of music, theater, and dance. Whether students are aspiring performers or simply looking to express themselves artistically, the program offers opportunities to learn, grow, and shine.
Scholarships:
Many students who would thrive at Vanguard are unable to enroll due to financial limitations. Your support allows us to expand our scholarship offerings and open the door to more students who need our program.
