At Union Coffee, we believe everyone has a divine spark—and sometimes, we all need a place that helps us find it again.

We’re a coffee shop, a church, a gathering place, a stage, a table, and a community. For more than a decade, people have come through our doors looking for coffee and found something more: a conversation, a new idea, a place to belong, a reason to stay, or simply a moment to breathe.

We call it filling your cup.

And when your cup is full, you have more to pour into the people and world around you.

In 2025 alone, more than 74,000 people came through Union’s doors and our community purchased more than 93,000 drinks. But the numbers only tell part of the story. Because every cup creates an opportunity for something more to happen.

Union is a place where people can show up exactly as they are. Our café, outdoor space, events, and gatherings create room for neighbors to meet, artists to create, organizations to gather, and new friendships to begin. We’re creating the kind of third place Dallas needs: welcoming, creative, and deeply human.

We Fill Cups & Grow Leaders
Union invests in people who are becoming who they’re called to be. From supporting emerging pastors and young adults to creating opportunities for people to lead, serve, worship, create, and organize, we believe leadership starts with giving people space to discover their own gifts.

We Fill Cups & Create Belonging
For many people, finding a place where they can bring their whole selves is transformative. Union is intentionally LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to racial equity, because belonging shouldn’t be something people have to earn. It should be something they experience.

We Fill Cups & Fuel Creativity
From live music and theater to open mics, writing groups, markets, worship, and unexpected collaborations, Union gives people a place to make something. We believe creativity is not a luxury—it’s one of the ways we imagine a better Dallas.

We Fill Cups & Pour Back Out
Union doesn’t just create community; we invest in it. In 2025, Union gave more than $46,000 back into the community through generosity initiatives, partnerships, and support for organizations and people doing good work. Because a full cup was never meant to stay full. It’s meant to overflow.

And now, after almost 14 years, we’re thinking about what comes next. 

We’re imagining how this little coffee shop ministry can have an even bigger impact—not by becoming something different, but by becoming more fully Union. More places to gather. More people welcomed to the table. More creativity. More generosity. More opportunities for people to discover their divine spark and put it to work for the good of Dallas and the world.
