It isn’t easy for Texans to do what we want with our own pregnancies – especially for those of us who are BIPOC, LGBTQ, undocumented, and/or living on low incomes.
Using the reproductive justice framework, we especially strive to serve those with the least access – BIPOC, LGBTQ, undocumented, and/or living on low incomes.
We are the only nonprofit in Texas providing the same services as Crisis Pregnancy Centers, but without the manipulation.
Will you donate to help us bring reproductive choice throughout Texas?
We are a young, small organization, so every small donation helps us grow – especially if you ask your friends and loved ones to give too.
Our Completely Free Services:

Founded in 2023, we support Texans in Dallas, online, and at an NM abortion clinic. We are now working on expanding to Houston and other out-of-state abortion clinics serving Texans. Our goal is to serve Texans statewide, focusing on places of high need.
Who We Are:
We’re Texans. We’re Black, White, disabled, queer. We’re parents, we’ve been pregnant, we’ve had abortions, miscarriages, and births. We’ve struggled to make ends meet. And like you, we’re living with the fear and confusion these laws create. We get it, and we’re here to help. Will you join us?
Our Principles:
Racial Equity: Our work is guided by the understanding that disparities in health and healthcare are pervasive – particularly for maternal, reproductive, and LGBTQIA+ health. We are committed to addressing these disparities by providing culturally competent, affirming care, challenging biases within the healthcare system, and advocating for policies that promote equity and justice for all.
Reproductive Justice: We use the reproductive justice framework, centering the needs of the most oppressed people and advancing the human rights to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have a child, not have a child, and parent in safety and sufficiency.
Trauma-Informed Care: We offer trauma-informed, culturally relevant care using liberation psychology.
Thank you for supporting all Texans to make our own decisions about our lives and families.
