But in Texas, access to reproductive choice is not equal. BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ people, undocumented Texans, people living on low incomes, and others facing systemic barriers are people with the fewest options and the most to lose when care is not accessible.
Truth Pregnancy Resource Center exists to change that.
Reproductive justice means more than having the right to make a choice. It means having the information, resources, support, and freedom to make that choice, and the ability to live with dignity no matter what you decide.
We provide the kinds of resources you might find at a crisis pregnancy center, without the manipulation, misinformation, or pressure.

Completely Free Services
Pregnancy tests and sonograms without manipulation or pressure
Unbiased, non-coercive pregnancy counseling
One-on-one, comprehensive sexual and reproductive health education that is inclusive and gender-affirming
Contraception and emergency contraception
Referrals to free or low-cost medical care
Full-spectrum doula support (pregnancy, postpartum, abortion, adoption, surrogacy)
Referrals to inclusive, ethical adoption agencies
Self-care and recovery supplies for pregnancy, miscarriage, and abortion
Baby, parenting, and family supplies
Referrals to other free, wraparound community resources
Because a choice isn't really a choice if you don't have the resources and support to make it possible.

Founded in 2023, Truth Pregnancy Resource Center is a young, independent, community-powered organization serving Texans in Dallas, online, and through partnerships that help us reach Texans accessing abortion care outside of the state.
In just a few years, we've grown from an idea into a growing network of reproductive justice resources, and the need continues to grow with us.
We're working to expand our reach with a long-term goal of making affirming, no-pressure reproductive support available statewide, especially in communities with the greatest barriers to care.
