As a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we offer commercial real estate loans to small developers in low-to-moderate-income neighborhoods who traditional lenders often consider particularly risky. In our history, we have redeveloped more than 600,000 square feet of space and created 262 housing units through loans worth $8.99 million.

We pair our lending with real estate educational programs and neighborhood revitalization initiatives that have helped hundreds of emerging developers, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations build brighter futures for our neighbors.

• In the historic Mill City neighborhood: As part of the ongoing Dallas Catalyst Project (DCP), we’ve committed $1 million toward impactful real estate investments that address public safety, outdated infrastructure, affordable housing, and a lack of safe public gathering spaces.
