TLC Kitten Rescue of Waxahachie

TLC Kitten Rescue has been working to save orphaned and injured kitties around Ellis County since 2013, providing vet care and getting them adopted to their purrfect forever homes. EIN 86-1731390

We're a volunteer-run rescue organization with our own kitten room, which means that we are not foster based. We are an in-house rescue dedicated to saving orphaned and injured kitties from the community and from shelters that would euthanize them due to lack of manpower, space and funding.  Many of the kitties that come to our rescue are here for long term care while they recover from critical injuries or illness and most grow up to be healthy and find their purr-fect forever homes. We rely on the many kitten guardian angels in our community to help us save as many of these precious lives as possible. Thank you for your support... we can't do what we do without you !

-intake orphaned & injured kittens around Ellis County

-match up adoptable kittens with their purr-fect forever family

-take calls to discuss options and make plans for residents trying to rehome a cat

-assist with info & supplies to residents who are rescuing kittens on their own

-assist with TNR projects around the community 

-assist shut-in or overly-busy residents with getting family cats fixed

-assist low-income residents with a way to find affordable vet care

-assist in paying a vet bill for a family struggling to save a family cat

-ntake medical rescues to provide vet care & long-term care

-assist with plan of care for residents adopting kittens from the street
