Hello there! We're Thin Line Fest: North Texas’ only festival that unites documentary film, photography, and music into one immersive artistic experience.

Donations go towards: Our completely volunteer-run multi-disciplinary arts festival in North Texas! Five whole days of documentary film screenings, live music, photo galleries, and community events.

Specifically, we use funds for: paying and housing festival artists, signage and printing needs, hiring security, paying audio engineers, printing programs, and website development.

Thanks so much for considering us as you make your donations to the North Texas Non-Profit Community.

Things we care about:

Affordability: We want to keep our fest free and accessible to anyone who wants to attend. Donations help us cover the costs we incur to put on the festival so that we can keep it free!

Paying our Artists:  We pay all of our bands and feature-length filmmaker teams for their participation in the fest. We pay cash prizes to our winning photographers and we'd like to use this year's donations to extend stipends to our short film filmmakers and our music video artists.

North Texas Tourism: Thin Line Fest brings people together, fosters dialogue, and inspires collaboration. It brings people to North Texas from all over the world, as guests and as artists. We love that the fest turns visitors into friends.

Partnering with local businesses and organizations: We're honored to be a part of the Denton arts community and we are able to produce a successful festival with the help of our generous local sponsors and donors. Donated food, event spaces, funds and volunteers from local partners help us so much! If you know of a local group that might want to sponsor or collaborate we would love to hear more!

Mission

The mission of Thin Line Fest is to connect audiences with important stories through photography, music, and documentary film, bringing together local and international artists whose work sparks conversation, builds cultural understanding, and sheds light on critical issues while providing an engaging experience that informs, challenges, and entertains.
