The Happy Pet Project is a NEW foster-based, ALL-breed rescue on a mission to END the overpopulation of animals so that no pet has to live or die alone in a concrete shelter cage.
We believe that every person can make a difference and every effort creates a ripple of good.
Our vision is to end the homeless animal population & save lives while forming lasting relationships within our communities, one good deed at a time!

The mission of The Happy Pet Project is to partner with local municipal shelters to end the overpopulation of companion animals in Texas through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption, while educating people about responsible pet ownership, animal advocacy, and topics related to animal welfare.
ALL of us can make a difference in some way!
The animals of our community need every one of us to give the time, energy, and dollars that we can.
If you can spare a space in your home to foster, please be the difference for a living animal in need.
If you can spare a few hours a week to help with administrative tasks, please volunteer with us!
If you can afford a donation, please, donate today.
Together, we can make a difference.
