The MISSION of The Conversation Group is to mentor leaders to courageously transform their slice of God's world.

If you are in professional ministry or a position of leadership, you pour into and encourage others in your congregation or organization on a daily basis. But who pours into you? Who do you turn to when there's a conflict or crisis? Lack of clarity?

The Conversation Group mentors leaders to courageously transform their slice of God's world. Our world needs moral mentorship - competent, virtuous, and trusted mentors who follow Jesus Christ. Our donors are investing in a movement of leaders like you who desire the manifold benefits of an affordable and accessible mentor relationship.

Without meaningful conversations, relationships suffer and leadership diminishes. The conversation is the relationship.

Our model is conversation driven and allows for discovery and clarity for your life and work. We combine over 40 years of diverse ministry experience with the art and skill of personal connection to provide you with accessible and credibility mentorship opportunities. In a Conversation Group session, you can expect that we will: listen for understanding; ask questions for clarity; provide tools and actions for change. Each session is designed to connect, coach, and equip you to lead to your fullest potential.

We use the following as our Guiding Principles

1) Divine Design - We join God, the ultimate designer, to discover next steps together

2) Discovery Before Direction - We bring the questions; You bring the answers

3) The Barnabas Principle - We will be a Barnabas, an encouraging guide, in your life

4) Silver Linings - We look for God's sliver linings in every situation

The Conversation Group mentors leaders to courageously transform their slice of God's world.
