Trinity Chapter partners with schools, corporations, community programs and organizations to develop a variety of forums address current community needs. For adults that can include voter or healthcare awareness addressing issues ranging from voter rights and registration to mental health and caregiver tools.
For twenty years Trinity chapter sponsored an early intervention program, "Set on Science/Engineering, Math, the Arts, Aviation, Reading and Technology (So SMAART), for girls in grades 4-8 promote interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts & Math (STEAM). Currently we are transitioning the program to include high school girls. Scholarships are annually awarded to graduating high school seniors with emphasis on those interested in pursuing STEM Careers . To date we have awarded a scholarship to every girl who participated in our So SMAART program and applied. These students are also eligible to receive "Sustaining Scholarships" while attending college/university.
