The Good Foundation believes everyone deserves a second chance. Through our Fellowship program, we provide meaningful employment, career training, mentorship, and wraparound support to individuals who need a fresh start. Fellows gain hands-on experience in culinary, hospitality, and media, while also building critical life skills that prepare them for brighter, sustainable futures. By fueling fresh start employment, the Good Foundation helps restore dignity and empower our fellows to not only thrive but to strengthen the communities around them.

VALUES
The Good Foundation believes in the power of community and the transformation that can happen when groups of people come together towards our common good. Founded in June of 2017 by Ashlee and Chris Kleinert, The Good Foundation (formerly known as The Kleinert Foundation), is a private family foundation with the mission of serving populations in need of a chance. Our values of Compassion, Innovation, Collaboration, Resource, and Community align and strengthen our collective identity. These values reflect our founders’ inspiration, character, and influence. While the Foundation will continue to evolve to ensure we are relevant and effective, our values will inform our decision-making.
