Texas Lyme Alliance is a science forward non profit that fundraises for an effective treatment for all. Our goal is to connect resources to patients and the medical community to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Texas Lyme Alliance's mission is to advocate, educate, and legislate for Congenital and Pediatric Lyme families the right to health through fundraising for a treatment for all.
It’s estimated to take $5 billion over the next five years to cure Lyme disease. We are fundraising to host advocacy events like Lyme documentaries, book signings, and conducting interviews with experts. The majority of our fundraising will be used to support research for treatments proven to be effective twice treating vector-borne diseases.
We respect and value the diverse experiences of the groups we represent, such as researchers, clinicians, patients and the advocates wo serve them. We ensure that all voices are valued and heard. We're committed to modeling diversity and inclusion for the entire vector-borne diseases community , and to maintaining an inclusive environment focused on opening access to care.
