Texas Association for Dance and Culture; Empowering Texas through Dance is a charitable and educational nonprofit organization within the meaning of Section 501 (c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

Our purpose is to empower dance educators, students, and communities across the State of Texas by promoting and advancing the understanding, appreciation, and practice of dance education and culture in public education.


We are dedicated to fostering education, organizing impactful events, and providing support through grants and scholarships to initiatives that contribute to the vibrant growth and development of dance and cultural activities in schools. 


Through our commitment, we aim to enrich lives, celebrate diversity, and cultivate a flouring dance community that transcends boundaries and inspires lasting connections.

Our vision is a Texas where dance including cultural dance forms are universally recognized as an essential and inclusive part of education. TADC strives to create a dynamic educational environment, fostering creativity, expression, and personal growth through the art of dance. We are committed to building bridges between communities and promoting lifelong appreciation for dance and culture.
