Texans for Medical Freedom Alliance is a Texas-incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to protecting the right of every individual and family to make fully informed, voluntary medical decisions.
Founded on the principles of bodily autonomy, transparency, and personal liberty, we believe that every Texan deserves complete, unbiased information before consenting to any medical intervention. That belief is not political. It is foundational. Informed consent is a cornerstone of ethical medicine and a right that belongs to every citizen regardless of background, belief, or income level.
We serve as a trusted resource for education, advocacy, and community engagement on some of the most important healthcare freedom issues facing Texans today, including informed consent, vaccine choice, and parental decision-making authority in children's healthcare. In a world where medical information is increasingly filtered, politicized, and difficult to navigate, we cut through the noise and give Texans the facts they need to make truly free decisions.
Our work spans three core areas. Through legislative monitoring, we track bills and policy movements in Austin that could impact the rights of patients and families, and we respond swiftly when those rights are threatened. Through educational materials, we produce factual, research-backed resources designed to help individuals and families understand their rights and navigate the healthcare system with confidence. And through community events, we bring Texans together to learn, connect, and build the grassroots foundation that medical freedom advocacy depends on.
We are nonpartisan and do not endorse candidates or political parties. Our focus is not on who holds office but on ensuring that no matter who does, the rights of Texans to make voluntary, informed medical decisions remain protected.
Medical freedom is not a partisan cause. It is a human one. Texans for Medical Freedom Alliance exists to make sure it stays that way.
