Terrell Action Connection (TAC) brings the Terrell community together to prevent and end homelessness. We connect individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity with housing providers, basic-needs assistance, and local organizations that can help them move toward stability.
As a community connector and convener, TAC strengthens partnerships among nonprofits, churches, businesses, schools, government agencies, and residents to improve access to resources and develop solutions to housing insecurity.
TAC maintains a local resource network on our website and provides community education and outreach. In 2026–2027, TAC will host its inaugural Community Housing Forum and Community Housing Summit and continue participating in the annual Point-in-Time Count.
Our goal is simple: connect people with the help they need today while building stronger solutions for tomorrow.
Terrell Action Connection mobilizes community partnerships to provide housing connections, essential resources, and supportive services for individuals and families in Terrell, working together to prevent and end homelessness.
TAC is building the community infrastructure needed to better respond to housing insecurity and homelessness in Terrell.

• Maintain and expand our local resource network so residents can more easily find housing, food, utility assistance, transportation, and other community resources.
• Provide community education and outreach to increase awareness of housing challenges, available resources, and ways the community can help.
• Launch the inaugural Community Housing Forum and Community Housing Summit, bringing residents, nonprofits, government, businesses, faith organizations, and other community partners together to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Support the annual Point-in-Time Count, helping Terrell better understand and respond to homelessness in our community.
• Strengthen TAC's capacity through technology, website development, social media, communications, outreach materials, and professional support.
