Take Care Health & Wellness is a Dallas-based nonprofit making holistic healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of income. Through our free monthly Take Care Clinic and network of volunteer providers, we serve teachers, single parents, essential workers, and families who deserve whole-body care. Because when one person heals, our whole community thrives.
Right now, Take Care Clinic serves up to 20 people per month with free chiropractic, massage, reiki, and other holistic care, but the need far exceeds our capacity. Your gift helps us cover provider stipends, supplies, and scheduling tools so we can say yes to more people on our waitlist. $150 covers care for one person receiving the care they need in a single setting. $500 helps us open the doors for an entire clinic day.
Health is not a privilege, it's a foundation. Take Care Health & Wellness was built on the belief that holistic, whole-body care should not be reserved for those who can afford it. We specifically serve communities that are underinsured, overworked, and overlooked: essential workers, single parents, teachers, and low-income families in the Dallas area. By removing financial barriers to preventive and holistic care, we work to disrupt cycles of chronic illness that disproportionately impact communities of color and working-class families.
