The TurnAround Agenda is the social outreach arm of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship with a mission to transform communities by developing leaders and strengthening families through comprehensive faith-based programs and community partnerships designed to impact the lives of urban youth and families. What makes us uniquely great is our ability to provide comprehensive and holistic faith-based social services and community partnerships. We are able to engage the community through our wrap-around services known as the 360 Program.

Our 360 Program services include:

  • Public Schools Outreach (mentoring, high school heroes-youth leadership program, life skills)
  • Family Services (basic needs assistance, pregnancy support services/parenting classes, food pantry)
  • Technology Education and Career Services (online GED prep, adult literacy, online technology classes,  job readiness)
  • Resale Store (clothing assistance)

Each one of these services has provided us the opportunity to steward the relationships of the children, women, and families who utilize and/or have been impacted by them over the years.

We are grateful for your support! Learn more about The TurnAround Agenda by visiting https://turnaroundagenda.org/.

Mission

Our mission is to transform communities by developing leaders and strengthening families through comprehensive faith-based programs and community partnerships.

Needs

Through our 360 Program, your generous support helps fund critical services across our core ministry areas—Public Schools Outreach and Family Services. These donations go directly toward life-changing programs that equip students, strengthen families, and meet urgent needs with compassion and dignity. Below are the specific ways your giving makes a lasting difference:

FAMILY SERVICES

• 360 Program – Supporting Families in Crisis It costs $1,500 to fully sponsor one family through the 3-month 360 Program—providing parenting classes, child development education, counseling, case management, food assistance, and personal development resources (literacy, GED, and more).

o $100 = one week of support for a family

o $500 = one month of support

o $1,500 = full 3-month sponsorship for one family

• Food Pantry Expansion – Fresh Food for Families It costs $10,000 to expand our refrigeration and freezer capacity, allowing us to reduce waste, accept more fresh food donations, and serve hundreds of families with nutritious meals.

o $100 = provides fresh food for 10 families

o $500 = provides fresh food for 50 families

o $1,000 = helps expand cold storage to keep hundreds of meals fresh

o $10,000 = fully funds the expansion, multiplying our impact for years to come

PUBLIC SCHOOLS OUTREACH

• Student Leadership Programs – Preparing Students for College It costs $100 to provide one student with a full college visit experience—including transportation, meals, and materials—opening doors for them to dream bigger, explore new possibilities, and take steps toward life beyond high school with confidence.

o $100 = supports 1 student

o $500 = supports 5 students

o $1,000 = supports 10 students

• Mentor Training & Development – Equipping Caring Adults It costs $75 to prepare one mentor with the training, tools, and ongoing support they need to guide students with consistency, care, and confidence.
