$5,000 Goal

The Lady General Foundation's mission is to create the next generation of female leaders. Girls are six times less likely than boys to become leaders. The Foundation aims to reduce this number by leading by example -- delivering motivating and valuable knowledge, experience, and tools.   We help young girls and women, ages 9 to 19, develop their voice, confidence and power to become bosses in whatever they reach for --  whether it's aiming for C-Suite leaderships or creating their own ventures. Our programs incorporate military-style strategies to help them defy the odds by using critical thinking skills wrapped with mission planning and exemplary execution.

We are currently raising funds to support our Lady General Day Camps and Overnight Summer Camps and our Blueprints and Toolboxes Summits.

The “Blueprints and Toolboxes” Strategic Planning Method was developed by founder K.C. Fox as a method for our Generals in Training to vision or realize their goals and strategically develop the steps or blueprint to reach success.

The Lady General Foundation is most known for their work with middle and high school girls where we have formed strong partnerships with Dallas ISD and Duncanville ISD, conducting the Blueprints and Toolboxes Girl Summits which cater to 300-400 girls per summit.

The program is tailored around a military-based strategic way of thinking, helping students defy the odds by using critical thinking skills wrapped with mission planning and exemplary execution.

Our Lady General Leadership Camp offers various programs with curriculums tailored to enhance the leadership abilities of girls ages 9-17. The camp is a two-day, day camp that consists of 13 core competency courses. The courses are strategically designed to encourage GREATNESS above average and EXEMPLARY over acceptable. Each course strategically embodies the importance of “Passing the Baton.” In addition to the core competencies, the Generals in training will enjoy a number of outdoor activities that promote wellness, fitness, character building, and team building.

The Lady General Camp has 20 committed female professionals from industries across the board that provide instruction, mentorship, and comrade for the Generals in training. These Lady General Ambassadors come from politics, law, military, entrepreneurship, media, technology, and finance.
