Tarrant To & Through Partnership (T3) is a coalition of educators, leaders, and advocates working with Tarrant County schools, postsecondary institutions, and community partners to ensure every student has the resources and opportunities to achieve lifelong success.

Launching in 2020 in Fort Worth ISD, T3 has grown to serve all 22 FWISD high schools, Crowley ISD, Castleberry ISD, and Lamar High School in Arlington ISD.

T3 Partnership is dedicated to improving student outcomes in 3 primary areas:

1. Graduating more students from high school who are College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR)

2. Helping more students enroll in a postsecondary pathway with confidence

3. Empowering more students to persist and earn a degree or credential and enter the workforce prepared for a successful career

Mission

Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to ensure more Tarrant County students obtain a postsecondary credential and that each student has the training and skills they need to thrive in today's workforce.

Our guiding principles include continuous learning, making data-informed decisions, and responding with agility to the community’s needs.

To address pivotal gaps hindering student success, the T3 Partnership employs a comprehensive strategy rooted in equitable education for all students:

Closing the Information Gap: We empower students through experiential learning opportunities, providing clear next steps, and furnishing them with the information necessary for informed decisions.

Closing the Expectations Gap: We illuminate the pathways to college and career, assisting students and families in comprehending available opportunities and the routes to attain them.

Closing the Guidance Gap: We prioritize personalized advising and persistence coaching, ensuring that every student can make educated decisions about their education and career choices.

Closing the Financial Aid Gap: We are dedicated to diminishing financial barriers through scholarships and emergency funding, facilitating equitable access to education for all.

Our commitment to equity propels us to continuously refine and enhance our efforts, bolstered by the integration of national best practices and local initiatives. By eliminating disparities in information, expectations, guidance, and financial aid, we pave the way for a brighter future for all Tarrant County students.

In unity with our community, we press forward, fostering an environment where potential knows no boundaries and where the pursuit of knowledge and opportunity is celebrated as a shared endeavor.
