Help Impact Founders Thrive

Double Your Impact: $15,000 Matching Grant

Early giving begins August 27.  North Texas Giving Day is September 17.

This North Texas Giving Day, SWAN has a goal to raise $30,000 to help more impact founders thrive. Thanks to SWAN members Chris & Donna Young and a generous anonymous donor, the first $15,000 donated will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

Every year, promising entrepreneurs struggle to access the capital, expertise, and connections they need to grow. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, SWAN helps bridge that gap—connecting impact-driven founders with investors, mentors, education, expertise, and opportunities to help their companies succeed.

And our reach is growing: Since the beginning of 2025, more than 820 people have registered for SWAN pitch events alone, and 39% of SWAN investments have gone to underrepresented founders.

When impact founders thrive, their impact spreads—improving healthcare, protecting our environment, strengthening communities, and creating new opportunities.

Double your impact. Help impact founders thrive.

Mission

SWAN Impact Network unites, educates, and empowers founders and impact investors who believe both strong financial return and positive impact are equally vital.

Needs

By donating to SWAN Impact Network, you can help multiply the impact that we are having on the world. Donations will enable us to continue to build a sustainable and professional organization that can connect talented entrepreneurs with impact investors who share their vision and provide educational and networking opportunities and mentorship to both entrepreneurs and interested individuals learning how to navigate the startup landscape.

Equity Statement

We recognize that women and people of color startup founders have been underfunded by the startup investment community. More than a third of investments made my our Angels have gone to these disadvantaged founders. Additionally, nearly half of our team comes from underrepresented backgrounds.
