Stronger Than Cancer is a North Texas based 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting breast cancer patients and survivors while spreading breast cancer awareness through education, youth volunteering, and community outreach.
Our work centers on Comfort Care Kits, thoughtfully packed and delivered through hospital care teams and nurse navigators for patients in active treatment. Each kit is designed to bring tangible comfort and emotional encouragement during a difficult season. Kits may include soft blankets, heart shaped pillows, port pillows, drainage pouches, headbands, beanies or caps, soothing personal care items, educational resources, and volunteer made cards and bracelets.
We believe small items can create big comfort. Our goal is to help patients feel dignity, confidence, and care, and to become a trusted partner for hospitals and families across North Texas.
Your donation helps us purchase high need items, assemble and deliver more kits, and expand our outreach so more patients receive support when they need it most. Together, we rise stronger than cancer.

Stronger Than Cancer believes every breast cancer patient deserves comfort, dignity, and support, no matter their income, insurance status, race, language, age, or where they live. We work with hospitals, navigators, and community partners to help our Comfort Care Kits reach patients with the greatest needs, including those experiencing barriers to care and support. We are committed to inclusive, respectful service and to reducing gaps in resources and encouragement for patients and families.
