Stars United Global Outreach creates an environment that fosters academic achievement, financial independence, and personal growth, empowering youth and young adults ages 10–24 to thrive academically, build economic stability, and lead successful lives.

We pair every student with mentorship, hands-on learning experiences, and exposure to career and entrepreneurship opportunities that expand their vision for what’s possible.
Since 2015, Stars United Global Outreach has empowered youth across Dallas County through leadership development, life skills training, and financial literacy education. While our impact continues to grow, so does the need.
Today, the greatest barrier is not potential, it is consistent access.
Many of the youth we serve are eager to participate but face challenges that limit their ability to fully engage and complete our programs. Without reliable access, students miss critical sessions, fall behind, and are less likely to experience the full impact of our L3 Blueprint for Success Program.
While we have worked diligently to provide transportation solutions, these efforts have only addressed the need temporarily.
Our focus for 2026 is to move from short-term fixes to sustainable solutions that ensure consistent participation, stronger outcomes, and long-term impact.

Our mission is to create a supportive environment that fosters academic achievement, financial literacy, and personal growth, enabling young individuals to succeed both academically and economically.
Financial Support through grants, donations, and corporate sponsorships to support programs and operations. Increased community engagement through fundraising events and resource fairs. Qualified Staff like experienced educators, career counselors, and administrative staff. Increased our volunteer team to assist with tutoring, mentoring, and event planning.
Educational resources such as curriculum development team to help update our current curriculum and develop new tailored to the needs of our students. In kind space to host workshops, seminars, meetings, etc. Donated computers, software, and internet access for educational purposes. Build relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations. Increase visibility of the organization’s mission and impact. Provide transportation solutions for youth to attend programs and events.
As an organization founded and led by an African American woman, we have the responsibility to advocate for all minorities. Living up to our mission - delivering education on practical and
critical skills that are mobilizing our youth to entrepreneurship and financial literacy- requires that Stars United Global Outreach fully represent the diversity and breadth of the underprivileged children's values and priorities.
Building a Race Equity culture requires intention and effort, so creating meaningful change starts within our own organization. By prioritizing attention to Racial Equity, everyone will benefit
because racial injustice is the most pervasive and entrenched form of injustice permeating the institutions and systems that everyone must access.
To that end, we must treat Racial Equity and inclusion as a cornerstone of our work. That requires intentionality, action, and accountability. Our staff, board members and volunteer leadership must reflect the great diversity of the Dallas community. We must lean into the conversations that deepen our understanding about race, racism, and implicit bias and how it impacts our community and our organization.
We know that our work is not complete until the most marginalized children of our community have achieved equality.
