This year will be the third year that our Little Mexico Photo Exhibit will not have a presence at the Stat Fair of Texas, due to the Covid 19 virus, with our goal to be there in 2023. Through the St. Ann's Alumni Scholarship Fund, our organization has awarded in twelve years a total of $113,500 dollars to graduating High School seniors wishing to advance their education.
Our Needs
The Organization is currently raising funds to support the Annual "Little Mexico" photo exhibit at the State Fair of Texas. In addition, the St. Ann's Fund desires to offer more substantial and more numerous monetary scholarships for post-secondary education.
Mission
We strive to promote the history of St. Ann's, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and Little Mexico through the collection of photographs and oral history of the "barrio"; to honor those that nurtured our minds and souls, the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul, the Carmelite priests, and to provide scholarships to educate our youth.
