Creating the theatre artists of tomorrow.
Spotlight Cast & Crew provides a safe, creative outlet where high-school-age student artists of all artistic mediums from all over the DFW area can come together and collaborate on an annual theatrical production with no tuition cost.
The mission of Spotlight Cast & Crew is to provide a musical theatre experience that is produced, directed, choreographed, designed (lighting, sound and costume) and performed by students in grades 8-12 in the greater Fort Worth Area. The objective of our mission is to provide a summer three-week intensive at no cost to any of the students involved. Spotlight Cast & Crew is one of its kind in Fort Worth. Not only is it completely student-run, but it also is tuition-free, making it available to students from all economic backgrounds.

Needs
Spotlight Cast & Crew operates on Donations and Grants in order to provide a tuition-free experience for participating students. Co-Founders, Joe Westermann and Melodee Halbach, act as volunteers.
