For nearly 35 years, SouthFair Community Development Corporation has been a cornerstone of neighborhood revitalization in South Dallas. Since 1991, we have helped families achieve homeownership, supported seniors aging with dignity, and developed affordable housing that creates stability and opportunity.

Today, as we celebrate our 35th year of service, we're launching our $35,000 for 35 Years Campaign to expand our impact and complete critical housing developments that will shape the future of South Dallas.

Our Legacy of Impact

For nearly three and a half decades, SouthFair CDC has invested in the people and communities of South Dallas through:

• A 28-unit senior housing community developed through the HUD 202 PRAC Program
• Development of 40 single-family homes and townhomes that expanded homeownership opportunities
• Creation of a 5,000-square-foot retail center serving the heart of South Dallas
• Homeownership counseling and foreclosure prevention services
• Senior wellness and support programs
• Youth mentorship and community development initiatives

Every project represents families who gained stability, seniors who remained independent, and neighborhoods that became stronger.

Our Vision for the Future

Begin Malcolm's Point Townhomes

- Malcolm's Point represents more than housing. It represents opportunity, stability, and investment in a community that deserves quality affordable housing options.

Complete Phase I and advance Phases II and III of Malcolm's Point

- Future phases will allow SouthFair to create additional housing opportunities and continue addressing the growing need for affordable housing in South Dallas.

Expand Our Reach

- Funding will also strengthen the programs that help families buy homes, remain in their homes, and build long-term financial security.
