ServingHIM Healthcare International Ministries

ServingHIM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving others worldwide by ministering to both physical and spiritual needs.  For 28 Years, our mission has been Making Disciples through Jesus Christ, Bringing Hope and Healing Worldwide.  Luke 9:2 says, “He sent His disciples out to proclaim the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick.”  We send mission teams to impoverished areas in Eastern Europe and Central America, to provide quality care to those in need both through our Medical/Dental Clinics and through community Health Fairs.  Our evangelism team ministers to each person that comes through our clinics.  Our community outreach team distributes Goats, Pigs, Chickens, Food Baskets, and Bibles to families living in very poor villages, as well as building stoves, latrines, and even houses.  The local villages not only receive necessary items for their physicla needs, but also hear about the HOPE we have in Jesus.  Our children's ministry team teaches a healthy habits presentation in public schools and works in the local village churches to put on a Vacation Bible School for their children. 

History of ServingHIM: 

In 1998, a team led by Dr. Kevin Seidler provided dental care in Braila, Romania, initiating a partnership with Pastor Joseph Stefanuti and Holy Trinity Church.  Lacking equipment, the team collected and shipped dental tools to support future missions.  These efforts inspired the founding of ServingHIM (Serve Healthcare International Ministries) in 2000, with a vision of "Bringing Hope and Healing Worldwide" and later expanding the vision to include "Making Disciples of Jesus Christ."  Over time, the ministry helped build the Diaconia Medical Center in Braila, Romania, a four-story facility offering comprehensive medical and dental care.  ServingHIM expanded to Guatemala in 2004 and Moldova in 2014, and build a new clinic in Guatemala in 2017.   At the end of 2021, ServingHIM received the final authorization from the Romanian government to move forward with building the Diaconia Christian Hospital.  After begining an intense capital campaign to raise the funds to start construction, ServingHIM held a groundbreaking ceremony outside the building in September 2022. The hospital construction is now complete, and the next phase involves outfitting the interior with equipment and preparing the facility for opening!  We continue to be amazed at the Lord's provision. 

ServingHIM continues to seek God’s will in other areas of the world.  As we pray and are obedient to the Lord we wait upon Him for guidance.  Just as He has done through the history of ServingHIM, He will guide our steps and our path to other countries and opportunities.  “To whom much is given much is required” …The journey continues…

ServingHIM in North Texas: 

ServingHIM partners with the Christian Medical/Dental Association (CMDA) to reach the underserved communities of Dallas-Fort Worth.  Along with with Hope for Tomorrow, Truong Dental Institute, Fielder Church, and For the Nations Refugee Outreach, we are able to provide much needed dental care, along with the Gospel.  We also partner with local organizations, such as Baylor Faith In Action Initiatives, Genesis Women's Shelter & Support, and Buckner International.
