🏠🤝 Support One Safe Place on NTX Day of Giving: The One Safe Place Family Justice Center serves survivors of domestic violence, stalking and trafficking, as well as children exposed to domestic violence. One Safe Place is committed to reducing the risk of the escalation of violence and lethality associated with domestic violence, making the entire community safer by addressing the link between domestic and community violence and providing comprehensive services for children exposed to domestic violence to break the generational cycles that drive violence in our community. We are a partnership of more than 25 agencies, working together to provide integrated services for survivors in ONE place because that kind of collaboration is not only the most trauma-informed way to serve survivors, it is also the most effective way to reduce violence and save lives. 🙏❤️ #SupportOSP #NTXDayOfGiving
Our greatest need is meeting the demands associated with operating a facility that hosts more than 25 partner agencies (at no cost to those agencies) and saw more than 34,000 client visits last year alone. The cost to maintain a safe place worthy of the dedicated professionals and courageous survivors who utilize the space exceeds $500,000 each year.
One Safe Place is a comprehensive crime prevention agency devoted to preventing crime and violence in Tarrant County's neighborhoods, schools and homes.
