Ruff Road Revival is a 501(c)(3), foster-based animal rescue serving Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding communities. Since our founding in December 2024, we have saved more than 650 dogs and cats — from animals facing euthanasia on crowded shelter code-red lists to strays surviving on the streets and pets surrendered from difficult circumstances.
Because we are entirely foster-based and 100% volunteer-run, every donation goes directly toward helping the animals in our care. Your support provides lifesaving veterinary care, food and supplies for foster homes, and the resources needed to help our animals find loving forever families.
Your gift can make a very real difference:
$20 can provide a foster animal with essentials like food, treats, toys, or basic supplies.
$50 can provide a month of food for a foster dog.
$250 can provide basic vetting for a puppy, including vaccines, deworming, microchipping, and spay/neuter.
$400 can help provide slow-kill heartworm treatment and preventatives for a heartworm-positive dog.
We are fully funded by the generosity of people who believe these animals deserve another chance. No gift is too small. Whether you give $10, $20, $50, $100, or more, your donation helps us say “yes” to the next dog or cat who has nowhere else to go.
Every dollar gives us the ability to save another life, write another comeback story, and turn a ruff road into a forever home.
Our mission is to save the animals who need it the most. We focus on those that are at risk of euthanasia or suffering on the streets, providing them with foster homes before finding their forever families, whether locally or through interstate transportation. In 2025, approximately 86,000 dogs and cats were euthanized in Texas alone, and we are committed to doing our part to reduce these heartbreaking numbers.
FOSTER HOMES
As a foster-based rescue, all of the dogs and cats in our care live in safe and loving foster homes until adoption. We do not have a facility, so each animal that we intake must have an approved foster home lined up for us to say yes to saving a life. We cover all medical and supplies, you enjoy the snuggles and playtime. Apply today and save a life!
