Rooted in Health Foundation

A nonprofit organization

Rooted in Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in North Tarrant County, Texas, dedicated to restoring the relationship between food and well-being.

We serve underserved communities—particularly in Arlington ZIP codes 76010, 76011, and 76022—by providing refined sugar-free meals, whole-food-based wellness education, and community nourishment programs.

Through our core programs—Nourishment Kits, From Farm to Fellowship: Nourish & Go, and Community Wellness Workshops—we work to improve health equity, increase food literacy, and make clean, nutrient-dense nourishment accessible to all.

Funding from North Texas Giving Day will directly support these initiatives, helping us deliver sugar-free meal kits, distribute fresh local produce, and host wellness workshops for families facing food access barriers!

Our guiding pillars are Intentional Nourishment, Community Wellness, and Health Equity—because everyone deserves real, health-supportive food and the knowledge to thrive!
