Grace Clinic is a Christian nonprofit healthcare clinic in downtown Rockwall. We provide quality medical care, mental health support, chronic disease management, cancer screenings, women's health services, health education and a community garden to families in Rockwall County and surrounding areas. Grace Clinic offers a sliding scale to ensure that those facing financial hardship can access quality healthcare while empowering patients with the knowledge and resources they need to build healthier, more stable lives.
Since opening our doors in 2013, Grace Clinic has been a safety net for families in Rockwall County. Today, we’re busier than ever! Our patient visits have grown from just under 200 in 2019 to over 2,400 in 2024. This growth underscores the real and pressing need for affordable, accessible healthcare in our community. Our small but mighty team of bilingual Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Lab Technicians, and volunteer providers works tirelessly to meet this need.
We’re also committed to preventive health and education. Our Food As Medicine initiative, including a community garden, helps families address chronic disease through better nutrition and food security while also promoting environmental stewardship and community engagement. This program not only benefits individual families but also strengthens the county’s overall health outcomes, potentially reducing long-term healthcare costs and strain on emergency services.
We’ve also launched a concussion awareness and education program to ensure kids and teens - and their caregivers - understand how to recognize and respond to traumatic brain injuries.
We’re proud to offer these resources, but we know there’s more we can do - especially with the support of Rockwall County.
Your financial donations today will help us purchase a newer Ultrasound Machine and in-room computers for our providers. Volunteers are also needed for office, events, groundskeepers, Nurses (RN, LVN, MA), Physicians, Physician Assistants and Grant Writers.
Grace Center For Family & Community Development (DBA: Grace Clinic) is a community-based 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization founded in 2013 to address the lack of health care for individuals in the Rockwall community. Grace Clinic provides quality primary and allied healthcare and education services to children and adults in the community.
